1. Details of any drugs or treatments you have decided to no longer fund. Please include drugs and treatments you no longer fund for any patients, as well as those where you no longer fund them for patients who fail to meet certain criteria. Please specify what those criteria are for each drug or treatment.

NHS Stockport CCG will follow any guidance from Greater Manchester Medicines Management Group (GMMMG) on the Do Not Prescribe List (Black List) or Grey List
