I would like to submit the following questions under the Freedom of Information Act.

Based on the Funded Care Spend and Activity 2016/17 report.

How many referrals, (under CHC Data) exceeded 28 days referral time in quarter 1for 2016/17?  13

How many referrals, (under CHC Data) exceeded 28 days referral time in quarter 2 for 2016/17?  8
