CCG FOI 684 – Finance

Please provide files relating to disclosure of actual invoice expenditure in CSV or XLS format for the period June 2016 – present as these do not appear to have been published on the website.

Please include the following data fields:

–          Payment date

–          Supplier name

–          Expense Area

–          Expense Type

–          Amount paid

Ideally, I require information covering all levels of expenditure, however, information covering expenditure above £25,000 will suffice if necessary.
