Please provide me with the following record information:

1.  Do you have an Electronic Fax Management System (A Fax Server)? We do not have a fax specific server

2. How many manual fax machines do you have? We have 2 fax machines

3.  Who is the Manufacturer of your MultiFunction Printers, and who maintains them? Our multi-function printers are manufactured by Sharp and maintained via Leemic

4.  Who is the manufacturer of your Telephony system and who maintains it? Our telephony system is Cisco; our system is maintained internally by our Customer Support Unit which has a specific telephony department

5.   What is the job title of the person responsible for your Fax policy/strategy? We do not have a policy specific to fax communications
