1. Under the new “Monitor Rates” for Agency workers can you tell me how many agencies you are working with who you have agreed to “Break Glass” for the rates paid for (Band 7 Specialist Nursing – Emergency Nurse Practitioner & Primary Care Practitioner) please.
NHS Stockport CCG has not employed any Band 7 Specialist Nurses –Emergency Nurse Practitioners or Primary Care Practitioners on an agency basis in the financial year 2015-16.

NHS Stockport CCG is not working with any agencies where we have agree to “break glass” for any group of staff.
3. How many and which agencies are you currently using who are deemed to be “Off Framework”. Not working within the Framework guidelines.
All agencies who we work with are on the Crown Commercial Services Framework Agreement
4. What is your agency spend in months from April 2015 to date for the category of Band 7 Specialist Nursing £0
5. How many shifts per month have gone unfilled for Specialist Nursing Band 7 Emergency Nurse Practitioner and Primary Care Practitioner? No shifts have gone unfilled
6. A list of the managers names / nurse in charge for the following departments within your trust (A&E / Minor Injury Unit / Walk In Centre / Urgent Care Centre)
As a commissioning organisation NHS Stockport CCG does not have any of the departments that information on Managers names was asked for.
As a Clinical Commissioning Group NHS Stockport CCG is not bound by the Monitor and Trust Development Agency memorandum to pay agency staff no more than 155% of the agreed A4C Banded Rate for a job, however we are complying with the spirit of the guidance and using it as a benchmark to ensure our agency staff are value for money.
