1) Does the vanguard site make specific provision to improve continence care? If so, please provide details.

2) If no provision has been made to date, will this programme aim to include improved continence care provision within the care model?

3) Has the vanguard site made any of the recommendations made within the ‘Reducing unplanned admissions to hospital as a result of urinary incontinence’ Best Practice Guide? Please provide details.

Currently the Stockport Vanguard is not looking at continence specifically.  It will become part of the scope of the Vanguard at a later stage as the wider range of services is considered.  The reminder of the document to guide this work is helpful.
