1) How have occupational therapists been involved in the design of your vanguard site to date?

2) How many occupational therapists have been involved in the design of your vanguard site to date?

3) Where do occupational therapists sit within the new structures of the vanguard site? For example, do they sit within a multi-disciplinary team?

4) What role will occupational therapists play in your vanguard site moving forward?
Currently  we have not included any therapy service in the design of the vanguard.  At this stage we are getting together a core health and social care team with general practice.  Other services are to be reviewed and may be maintained at an area wide level or devolved to the multidisciplinary team.  This work is therefore yet to be completed.
