GP practices in Stockport will be closed on Monday, 31 May, so if you have an urgent medical need, call NHS 111 First day or night. It’s a free number, open 24 hours a day, and you will be directed to the most appropriate service to use.

Contacting NHS 111 First will help ensure that patients receive the right care in the right place. It’s not always necessary to go to A&E and there are a range of options for advice and help. If your condition is serious or a life-threatening emergency, call 999 immediately or go to your nearest emergency department.
