Can you stay off the booze for 31 days? Last year over 2 million people cut down on their drinking for January. This year we want even more people to join in and reap the rewards!

After the festive period you’re probably looking forward to a break from over indulging anyhow but you’re more likely to stick with it if you make it a bit official.

But even if you decide not to take up the challenge there are things you can do to minimise the risk of harming your health, like having at least two alcohol free days a week.
