Healthwatch Stockport: Your stories during lockdown

Healthwatch Stockport wants to hear your views and stories during the lock-down. How are you handling self-isolation and what have you been doing to help with your mental and physical health?

Healthwatch Stockport want to make sure that they hear from people from all backgrounds and ensure that no one is left behind, especially those who feel they usually don’t have a voice.

We also want to hear from people who have been on the frontline and from key workers about their experiences.

You can also nominate a community hero for anyone you believe has done your community in Stockport proud. We will host awards to recognise people that have gone above and beyond later in the year.

Sue Carroll, Chair of Healthwatch Stockport, said:

“Due to Covid-19, this has been a very difficult time for many people in Stockport. Each person’s story is very important to us, and we want to ensure these stories are captured and presented to health and social care chiefs to improve the services available for local people.

The survey is now live online on our web and social media sites. You can also request a paper copy to be sent out and, if you are struggling, call us on 0161 974 0753 for help to complete it”.

Your Story during lock-down’
