CCG chair shortlisted for award

The chair of NHS Stockport Clinical Commissioning Group’s governing body has been shortlisted for a prestigious national award.

Jane Crombleholme is on a shortlist of five in the Non-for-profit/public sector category of the awards. There are just five other categories.

The Non-Executive Director Awards, which are in their 11^th year, were created to celebrate the hard work and achievements of non-executives and chairs who play an ever increasingly important role in the business and public sector communities.

Jane, who is Head of Executive Education at Alliance Manchester Business School, was appointed as chair in 2012, has steered the borough’s CCG through some of the most challenging times the health service has seen.

The winners and runners-up will be announced at a ceremony in Claridge’s in London on Wednesday 15^th March,
