Subject Access Request (SARs)

Target Audience/Eligibility Criteria:

This 90-minute session is suitable for Healthcare Professionals (including GPs), Practice Managers, Receptionists and Administrators

Course Aim:

This highly interactive course will cover:

• How to deal with information requests under Data Protection and Access to Health Records legislation
• How to deliver compliant and effective information disclosures

Learning Outcomes:

Upon successful completion of this course delegates will:

• Gain expert advice on dealing with these requests
• Learn how to share data safely with patients and third parties
• Understand Data Protection in Practice
• Expert guidance on redactions

This session will be carried out via a video conferencing platform, delegates will need a computer or smart phone to join, where possible they are encouraged to use a web camera to fully participate. All joining details will be available before the session.
