Controlled Drugs
This is a rare occurrence, but any missing CD prescription must be reported to NHS England. They have released an updated template for the reporting of missing or stolen controlled drug prescriptions. The information is then cascaded by the Controlled Drugs Accountable Officer to community pharmacies. The template can be found below.
