Safeguarding Level 3 Training Across Greater Manchester

Named GPs from across GM will be delivering some Level 3 Safeguarding training aimed at all GP practice teams across Greater Manchester. The series launched in April 2025 with a guide to the RCGP safeguarding standards and the role of the GP practice Safeguarding Lead and was followed up in May with sessions on Supporting Vulnerable Migrants. It is hoped that this format will enable delivery of the common and key messages about issues that impact patients across all localities to a wider audience.

The training sessions will be delivered on a monthly basis over Microsoft Teams, with invites sent out by email from your locality Safeguarding Business Support to all Safeguarding Leads in GM, invites will be cascaded to clinical teams in practice to join should they wish.
