SFT Pathology supplies via Fax

The Pathology service at Stockport NHS Foundation Trust will no longer be accepting requests for Blood tubes or other Pathology supplies via Fax. As a result any faxed requests for lab supplies will not be processed.

Please can Practices send pathology supplies requests via the Pathology boxes or via post: Pathology, Stockport NHS Foundation Trust, Poplar Grove, Stockport, SK2 7JE
