Due to the planned upgrade to the pathology server the laboratory will be without computer support on Tuesday 12th February 2019 for the period between 09:00 and 16:00, severely limiting the laboratory’s ability to process samples.
- Test requests received during this time will be stored in appropriate conditions to maintain sample stability and tested when the system is returned to full functionality.
- Once the upgrade is completed we will endeavour to expedite the processing of all samples received.
- Results for testing previously completed and reported by the laboratory will be available via TQuest as usual during this time.
- The laboratory will have no ability to access results during the downtime.
- Request ordering via TQuest will function as normal.
