Get your nominations in for the GM Primary Care Awards 2019

The Greater Manchester Primary Care Awards are back and accepting nominations now.
There is some fantastic work going on across Stockport and it would be great to see this both highlighted and celebrated.
The categories this year are:
- General practice team of the year
- Nurse Educator of the year
- Best practice placement initiative supporting student nurses
- Best preceptorship programme
- Clinical Nurse Champion of the year: Supporting nurses to return to practice, widening practice participation & diversity
- Quality Improvement initiative of the year: A radial upgrade in Prevention activities in practice
- Nurse Entrepreneur of the year: Supporting access to educational programmes to deliver local & national priorities of the long term plan.
- Best team initiative to increase access to clinical and academic careers and advanced practice programmes
- HCA/ or Apprentice of the Year – Developing New roles in Primary care
- Best team- Improving retention and staff wellbeing in practice.
