Dementia Research – A Short Survey

The National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) Clinical Research Network (CRN) Primary Care and Dementias and Neurodegeneration (DeNDRoN) national specialties together with Join Dementia Research (JDR) are working on a joint project to promote strong collaboration, ensure good working practices in primary and secondary care and to promote Join Dementia Research.  As a result, we would like you to complete a short survey about dementia research in your Practice. We would be grateful if one GP at your practice could complete this survey which should take approximately 10-15 minutes – The survey closes on Friday 22nd February 2019.
