Paediatric – Infant Feeding (E-Learning)

The Neonatal Unit at the Stockport NHS Foundation Trust is offering access for some free e-learning training to General Practice colleagues.

Course Aim

This user-friendly e-learning platform enables users to work at their own pace while gaining a strong foundation of knowledge around supporting infant feeding. The course is split into modules, allowing learners to pause and resume where they left off.

Learning Outcomes

Following completion, learners should know:

• The importance of breastmilk and breastfeeding
• How breastfeeding works
• Managing common conditions such as hypoglycemia, jaundice and weight loss
