Nurse Associate Foundation Digital Training Programme

Course Outline

The course is free accredited clinical training combined with dedicated and experienced clinical support for newly qualified Nursing Associates (NAs), transitioning into or working in a General Practice or Primary Care Network. It is also available to NAs within the first 12 months of working in General Practice. The dedicated support will be offered by an experienced General Practice Nurse within Stockport, it offers a peer support group, Nurse forums and ongoing health and wellbeing support.

The course will cover:

• Phlebotomy
• Cardiovascular Disease
• Immunisation and Vaccination
• Diabetes
• Asthma
• Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Cost

All of this package is fully funded, so at no cost to the practice.
