Long COVID (e-learning)

Health Education England elearning for healthcare (HEE elfh) worked in partnership with Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust and NHS England and NHS Improvement to develop further resources in the long COVID e-learning programme. Broadening the health and care workforce’s understanding of long COVID is the aim of this elearning programme, dedicated to long COVID and post-COVID syndrome. The resource was developed for those working with patients presenting with long COVID, outside of a Specialist Post-COVID Assessment and Treatment Service. Further to the Introduction to Long COVID and Post-COVID Syndrome, our new session on Living with Long COVID discusses the complex variety of peoples’ lived experiences of long COVID and highlights how holistic healthcare management can assist in the care of these patients. Managing Symptoms of Long COVID explores some of the common symptoms of long COVID. An additional, curated list of external resources on long COVID is also available to access.
