Additional Booking Procedure and Terms and Conditions for External Delegates

Bookings

An invoice requesting payment, which will include the instructions on how to pay, will be sent upon receipt of each booking. Invoices must be settled at least 3 weeks in advance of the training course. Please note that a booking is not secured until payment is received.

All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT, which is chargeable at the standard rate.

Please ensure you have read, understood and accepted the Conditions of Booking before you submit a booking. By placing a booking you will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted them.

NHS Greater Manchester Stockport Locality ETD team have the right to alter the advertised schedule of courses, which may include cancellation of a course. Where a course is cancelled, individuals with confirmed bookings on that course will be offered alternative dates. If none can be provided or are not suitable then a full refund will be given

NHS Greater Manchester Stockport Locality ETD team reserves the right to alter or amend the advertised content of any course without notice in order to continuously provide a high quality service or due to circumstances beyond our control.

NHS Greater Manchester Stockport Locality ETD team will not be liable for any losses or expenses, including consequential, arising from any such alterations or amendments to the programme content and schedule including cancellation.

Cancellations

Cancellations received within 3 weeks of the course are liable for the full course fee. All cancellations must be made via email to gmicb-sto.learningdevelopment@nhs.net .  If you have any enquires around this please email gmicb-sto.learningdevelopment@nhs.net.  We are happy to accept a substitute candidate at no additional cost but do require their contact details.

Full payment will be retained by NHS Greater Manchester Stockport Locality should a delegate fail to attend.
