All Healthcare Professionals served by NHS SCW’s Child Health Information Services (CHIS).

Overview

The Improving Immunisation Uptake Team (IIUT) is a specialist team that works closely with and is part of SCW’s Child Health Information Services (CHIS). The IIUT are focused on reducing variation in immunisations and increasing uptake rates in children aged 0 – 5 years.

The new online Bitesize masterclass sessions provide information and resources on best practice around immunisation uptake to and are available to all healthcare professionals served by NHS SCW CHIS.

Content

The Bitesize sessions include:

  • Session 1 – Introduction to NHS SCW Improving Immunisation Uptake Team and Child Health Information Services
  • Session 2 – Top tips for improving immunisation uptake
  • Session 3 – New registrations
  • Session 4 – The UK childhood immunisation schedule, deciphering overseas immunisation histories and severe combined immunodeficiency (SCID)

This session is free of charge for all delegates from Stockport General Practices
