Target Audience:
This session is suitable for Nurse Practitioners, Practice Nurses, Nurse Associates, Assistant Practitioners, Trainee Nurse Associates and Health Care Assistants.
Course Aim:
This course aims to provide delegates with the information required to facilitate an effective dementia review. It also aims to help improve early diagnosis and quality support for people diagnosed with dementia and their carers.
