As the numbers of services available to signpost to are expanding, practices are being offered resources to support these changes within their own setting. This course aims to support practices by building on the existing communication skills of receptionists to further enhance their ability to confidently and sensitively ascertain the nature of their patients’ needs and offer relevant choice to benefit the patient journey.
