Clinical Practice Research Datalink

GP practices in Stockport have an opportunity to gain useful feedback for improving patient care, contribute to medical research and even earn some money by joining Clinical Practice Research Datalink (CPRD).  More than 1350 practices already take part, contributing data which can be used to prove the safety of drugs/vaccines.  A key benefit is receiving regular practice-level prescribing and patient safety quality improvement reports, which help GPs to review patient care.

Find out more here about how data can be used to improve patient care.

If you would like to do DECIDE, please list it as your reason for joining. Please note that DECIDE is not compulsory and please don’t let it put you off signing up. Many of CPRD’s practices just contribute non-identifiable data which supports very important research without increasing their workload.
