Development in Dermatology Services – Action Required

Since spring 2018, 11 Stockport practices have been testing and piloting a web-based platform for dermatology referrals, with some really excellent results.

We are now in a position to roll the system out to all Stockport practices, and your EMIS system is already able to use it. We are the only CCG in Manchester with access to this service and agreement from the Dermatology Service at Salford to get Advice and Guidance in this super-efficient way.

This has been funded by the CCG and is of no cost to your practice to use.

This really simple system integrates fully with EMIS WEB, meaning that your dermatology referrals are made from within EMIS with just two mouse clicks, and mobile phone photo allows capture of skin rashes and lesions which then automatically integrate with the referral record with no separate admin process required.
