Final few days – Don’t miss your opportunity to have your say!

Ipsos MORI is conducting a stakeholder surveys about the CCG on behalf of NHS England. The senior GP in your practice will have received an invite to complete a survey about Stockport CCG.

Many Practices have now completed the survey and we would like to thank all of you for taking the time to give us your feedback, your views are important to us in shaping how we work in partnership.

The survey serves two purposes:
1. NHS England has a responsibility to regularly assess each CCG as part of the national Improvement and Assessment Framework.
2. The survey provides valuable information which will assist in improving the way we work together with our partners including GPs.

If you are one of the practices who have not yet completed the survey please encourage your practice to do so.
The survey closes on Friday 23 February 2018.
