The Greater Manchester Primary Care Awards are back and accepting nominations now.<\/p>\n

There is some fantastic work going on across Stockport and it would be great to see this both highlighted and celebrated.<\/p>\n

The categories this year are:<\/p>\n

  1. General practice team of the year<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Nurse Educator of the year<\/a><\/li>\n
  3. Best practice placement initiative supporting student nurses<\/a><\/li>\n
  4. Best preceptorship programme<\/a><\/li>\n
  5. Clinical Nurse Champion of the year: Supporting nurses to return to practice, widening practice participation & diversity<\/a><\/li>\n
  6. Quality Improvement initiative of the year: A radial upgrade in Prevention activities in practice<\/a><\/li>\n
  7. Nurse Entrepreneur of the year: Supporting access to educational programmes to deliver local & national priorities of the long term plan.<\/a><\/li>\n
  8. Best team initiative to increase access to clinical and academic careers and advanced practice programmes<\/a><\/li>\n
  9. HCA\/ or Apprentice of the Year \u2013 Developing New roles in Primary care<\/a><\/li>\n
  10. Best team- Improving retention and staff wellbeing in practice.<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
