The GM Care Record (GMCR) is changing, which will mean the FT Portal will no longer be available through the GM Care Record (GMCR). It is still possible to view all the same data on GMCR, this guide shows how to access data from the FT on the GM Care Record (GMCR).<\/p>\n

Test data has been used to create this document. No patient identifiable data is contained within this document.<\/p>\n

Direct access to the FT Portal is also available. GPs (and staff) can request an account via http:\/\/nww.stockport.nhs.uk<\/a><\/p>\n
