It\u2019s for you if you\u2019re:. These relate to the core management skills of:\n<ul>\n<li>Fundamentals of Finance<\/li>\n<li>Recruitment and selection<\/li>\n<li>Fundamentals of HR<\/li>\n<li>Appraisals and annual review<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Assessment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Assessment is based on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Online activity and contributing to the online discussion forums throughout the programme<\/li>\n<li>Attendance to all three workshops<\/li>\n<li>Submission of a 2,000-word assignment demonstrating how you&#8217;ve developed and applied your leadership<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Successful completion will lead to an NHS Leadership Academy Award in Healthcare Leadership<\/p>\n<p><strong>Course Duration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Mary Seacole programme is six months long with 100 hours of online study, plus three behavioral workshops delivered virtually.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Date\/Time\/Venue<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please contact us for start dates.\u00a0 All sessions will be running at the MFT<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cost<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The programme costs \u00a3995 per person for those providing NHS-funded care.
