{"id":13522,"date":"2020-09-24T14:19:30","date_gmt":"2020-09-24T13:19:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.stockportccg.nhs.uk\/practicehub\/?page_id=13522"},"modified":"2024-06-07T11:42:25","modified_gmt":"2024-06-07T10:42:25","slug":"e-lfh-modules-covid-recovery-and-rehabilitation","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.stockportpracticehub.co.uk\/practicehub\/e-lfh-modules-covid-recovery-and-rehabilitation\/","title":{"rendered":"E-LfH Modules &#8211; Covid Recovery and Rehabilitation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As the COVID-19 pandemic has unfolded it is recognised that those who recover often continue to display a range of physical and psychological symptoms that require therapy and support.\u00a0 The COVID-19 recovery and rehabilitation programme aims to provide you with strategies and techniques to manage key symptoms experienced by people recovering from COVID-19.\u00a0 This interactive e-learning resource was created to support health and care staff, including Allied Health Professionals, exercise professionals and carers working with people recovering from COVID-19. Four e-learning sessions were developed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Breathlessness<\/li>\n<li>Exercise<\/li>\n<li>Cough<\/li>\n<li>Fatigue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The four sessions interconnect but have been designed to be completed as individual modules, with knowledge checks occurring at key points.
