Available sessions include:<\/p>\n<p><strong>E-learning for Healthcare<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>E-learning for Healthcare (e-LfH) is an award winning e-learning programme providing national quality assured on-line training content for the healthcare profession.\u00a0 The e-learning programmes are free of charge and can be accessed via <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.e-lfh.org.uk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.e-lfh.org.uk<\/a><\/strong><\/span> .\u00a0 Individuals will need to register before accessing the available learning. Available modules include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Equality, Diversity and Human Rights<\/li>\n<li>Health, Safety and Welfare<\/li>\n<li>Conflict Resolution<\/li>\n<li>Fire Safety<\/li>\n<li>Infection, Prevention and Control<\/li>\n<li>Moving and Handling<\/li>\n<li>Safeguarding Adults &#8211; Level 1 and 2<\/li>\n<li>Safeguarding Children &#8211; Level 1 and 2<\/li>\n<li>Preventing Radicalisation &#8211; Basic Level 1 to 2 and 3<\/li>\n<li>Resuscitation &#8211; Level 1 (BLS for non-clinical)<\/li>\n<li>Information Governance &#8211; Level 1<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>E-GP<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Within E-learning for Healthcare is e-GP the on-line e-learning resource for NHS General Practitioners and doctors undertaking specialty training for UK general practice.\u00a0 It has been jointly developed by the Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP) and e-Learning for Healthcare (e-LfH).<\/p>\n<p>Launched in July 2009, e-GP: e-Learning for General Practice is a comprehensive, free-to-access, high quality programme of online learning sessions structured around the GP curriculum, developed in collaboration between the Royal College of General Practitioners and e-Learning for Healthcare (e-LfH).<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<em>e<\/em>-GP resource provides a programme of e-learning modules covering the RCGP curriculum. Each module is made up of reflective and interactive e-learning sessions that enhance GP training and support preparation for appraisal and revalidation.<\/p>\n<p>Access to <em>e<\/em>-GP is available free of charge to those who work within the NHS. To obtain your\u00a0<em>e<\/em>-GP user name and password, simply enter your details by going to the above link and clicking on \u2018register\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Royal College of General Practitioners<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP) is the UK body responsible for setting the standards for general practice education, training, Revalidation and the MRCGP examination.<\/p>\n<p>Their online e-learning materials are developed and badged by the experienced e-learning team at the RCGP. The team have developed and published a range of high quality RCGP online courses and certifications to support CPD and revalidation. The intended audience for the e-learning materials are GPs and primary healthcare professionals, GP Specialty Trainees and GP Educators. Their materials are written to reflect UK practice.<\/p>\n<p>All RCGP courses currently go through a peer-review process and quality assurance check to ensure they are of the highest quality. These modules are completely free, case-based and accessible on desktops and mobile devices. Modules available include detecting genetic problems in children, inherited cardiac conditions (with a separate module on FH), colorectal cancer, breast and ovarian cancer and four modules on pregnancy-related issues.
